Welcome To The Auction!

crest.jpgINVESTING IN OUR FUTURE: The St Denis silent auction (May 20th - June 4th)  and Fun Fair(June 4th,2016) organized by the St Denis Catholic School Parent Council,  raises funds to support and enhance the educational experience for our youngest citizens. 100% of the funds are directed to enhancing the educational experience of the students of St Denis who spend much of each day at the school. 

Please support our students by bidding generously and sharing the auction link with friends and family who may want to partipate. Be sure to check back regularly as new items will be added until May 31st!

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Please note: The items in this online auction will be available for online bidding May 20th - June 3rd and then transitioning to our in-person auction at the St Denis Fun June 4th from 11am until 3pm. If you are not in attendance at this event you may still be outbid.

Winning bidders will be contacted after the end of the in-person auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

  • Cash (In person only please)
  • Cheque (Please make payable to St Denis)

The St Denis fun fair or dropped off at the school office when picking up successfully won items

Note: please do not send payments until instructed by the auction administrator

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • This auction transitions to a live in-person auction after online bidding closes. You still may be outbid at the live event. The online portion of the auction will not reflect the final live auction results.
  • When the live event auction closes, all winning bidders will receive notification regarding the status of the items they have won.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email.
